Our first week of family bonding time has FLOWN by super-fast. They say time flies when you are having fun…it is…because we are. 😜
Yesterday was Bobbi and Mitchell’s baby shower. It turned out great!
I have missed doing events with the family. In my younger years, I hosted events often. Miss Hospitality. LOVE decorating for a party, having people over, and feeding people.
Bobbi’s baby shower theme was A Little Cutie is on the Way. All oranges. Super cute play on words.
As Hannah and Vanessa were building the balloon arch, it reminded me of a Changemaker project Vanessa and I helped Hannah with a few years ago. All of us sitting on the floor building, gluing, and painting. Pleasant memories.
Celebration of Life
Our family is celebrating the newness of life. The arrival of a new life. Welcoming life in the form of a new little girl we will soon all get to meet. Super exciting for all of us. We are planning on her arrival and preparing for her.
From a personal standpoint, I am celebrating life on other levels myself. This year has been such a blessing to me. I have moved into a new season of my existence, which is profoundly pleasant in every way. Beautiful actually.
It is like I am breathing all new air. It feels wonderful. Couldn’t explain what Father is doing to me…but I am loving the new me and my new life.
He is healing me…and I trust Him again…100% completely. To me…that is a big deal. It is like He is washing our painful past away. He is replacing it all with lovely things. 💙
Gift
Life is a gift…a blessing. I celebrate life and I celebrate the blessings Father gifts to me as a result of the fact…I choose life.
If you choose death…He gives you curses…negative consequences for your negative choices.
All choices have consequences…choose life…you get blessings. Choose death you get curses. Choice is a gift. To have the ability to choose life and blessings over death is a gift.
I prefer to live in positive land with all kinds of wonderful blessings.
Choose life and blessings over death and curses…you won’t regret it in the end.
