LIFE With Family

Having grown up in a toxic/dysfunctional family environment, I longed for a closely knit family. Even as a child, I knew in my heart that was important to me. I wanted to be loved by and be close to my natural siblings…never happened. Raising my own children, I tried to instill in them the importance of loving their siblings. I feel blessed as a mom to have been given the gift of unofficially adopting three extra daughters into our home. They came as young adults and I have gotten the privilege of building deep intimate connections with each of them.

On this page, you will see family posts. Past, present, and of course…future interactions in our unconventional family. I will also include personal posts of my own life activities. Think of this page as a substitute for personal social media. This website is my way of building a house united…not divided. Meaning…I am not dividing my time on different platforms but staying cohesively in one house. This house has several rooms which we call pages on this site. You get the privilege to see how I live…as an individual and as a family member.
