In 2013, I went to Niagara Falls for a second trip. I want to go back a third time now that I have a bit more camera knowledge. They have beautiful colored lights lighting up the falls at night. I would like to try and capture some night photos of the falls with the colored lights.
If you ever get a chance to visit Niagara Falls, you should. Such a beautiful and powerful waterfall. Waterfalls are some of my favorite parts of the natural world. The power behind water moving so quickly is just astonishing to me. AND the music…great. Such a variety too…depending on the volume of water and the current or flow.
The first time I went was in 1992, we drove up north through Michigan and then headed east through Canada to see the falls on both sides. We camped at the KOA campground on the New York side before coming home. A very memorable camping trip. It rained all night long, the tent had a hole in it, and the hardware for the tent was not brought along. NOT taking responsibility for that failure. 🤣
The tent was held up with branches. Lol…so funny. I woke up in the middle of the night in a pool of water. No kidding. I ended up sleeping in the backseat of the vehicle for the rest of the night and morning. Things don’t always go as planned but it is in those places that funny memories can be made. A trip I will never forget.
The second trip…I will never forget the Indian restaurant I ate at. WOW…DELISH! Indian food is my favorite cuisine and that restaurant put out some crazy good food. Make your nose run spicy. Very flavorful.
