By far…hands down…one of my favorite people on this planet…for life. For eternity. She is that special to me.
During the worst season of my life, Hannah and Vanessa became my Aaron and Hur…my right arm and left arm.
Vanessa is my right arm. I wouldn’t have made it without this young lady. She is a class act.
Sometimes Father creates a bond between two people that can’t be broken. That is what He has done with Vanessa and I. Our bond is beautiful, deep, and tight. She always has my back, but more importantly…my heart. I trust her…completely. Rare to find people you can trust with your heart. I can her. A mother-daughter bond I cherish.
Family
Father has taken so many people from me in my life. I was afraid He would separate me from my girls…but He has promised me…I get to keep Vanessa. So grateful…I couldn’t bear the thought of losing her.
Years ago, shortly after Donovan started a relationship with Vanessa, Father told me she would become homeless. I was to take her in…be her mother…she would become my daughter. I was to raise her. That did indeed happen. I took her in…she was my daughter long before she became my daughter-in-law. I couldn’t have hand-picked a better daughter. She blesses me in every possible way… daily.
One of the huge perks of our relationship is the fact we are so close…best friends and family…as a result, I get to spend lots of time with my grandchildren. AWESOME!!! I treasure my sweet grandchildren. I have told Donovan and Vanessa they need to make lots of babies…they do make beautiful children. Grandma might be a bit biased though…not going to lie. 😆
Hannah took this picture on the beach in Ft. Pierce while Vanessa was pregnant with my grandson Archer Aspen.
